Website hosting

Netlify hosts this website. Delivering pages involves processing technical request data, including your IP address, request time, requested resource and browser/user-agent information. Technical logs support delivery, reliability and security. This processing serves our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Technical data is retained for the operational and security purposes for which it is needed, subject to the hosting provider’s retention practices.

IONOS provides the domain’s DNS infrastructure. Resolving the domain involves technical DNS queries.

Email enquiries

If you email us, we process your email address, message and any information or attachments you choose to send to handle your enquiry. Booking and pre-contractual enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other correspondence is processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, for our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

IONOS handles incoming email and forwards it to a Google-hosted mailbox. These email providers process messages and delivery information. Providing information is voluntary, but we need sufficient contact and enquiry details to respond.

Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, where a business relationship results, for contractual or statutory record-keeping obligations. Where retention is legally required, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR applies.

Processing outside the EEA

Hosting and email providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Netlify and Google describe their use of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses in their Netlify data processing terms and Google transfer information. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.

Cookies, media and external links

This website does not use analytics, advertising or marketing cookies. It does not store visitor data in localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB. Fonts, icons and the background video are served from this website.

YouTube, Mixcloud, Instagram and Resident Advisor are ordinary external links, not embedded players or widgets. The page does not contact these platforms on initial load. If you follow a link, the destination provider processes your visit under its own privacy notice.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Contact us using the email above.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, Republic of Cyprus, or another competent supervisory authority.
